1. Information we collect

• Name and email address (when you sign up or buy a package)
• Payment metadata processed by Paystack (we never store full card details)
• Order history and download activity
• Analytics data (page views, device type) — anonymised

2. How we use it

• Deliver your purchased materials
• Provide customer support
• Send order confirmations and important product updates
• Improve our content and platform

3. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your consent choices. Optional analytics cookies are loaded only after you accept the cookie banner.

4. Payment processing

All payments are handled by Paystack (a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor). Your card details are submitted directly to Paystack and never stored on our servers.

5. Your rights (POPIA)

6. Data retention

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active, plus up to 5 years thereafter to meet legal obligations.
