Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, our refund policy differs from typical e-commerce. Please read carefully.
Eligible for a refund
- Duplicate purchases made within 30 days
- Technical issues preventing you from accessing your downloads (after we've attempted to resolve them)
- Confirmed fraudulent transactions on your card
Not eligible
- Change of mind after materials have been downloaded
- Failure to pass an official K53 test
- Refund requests older than 30 days
Resolution process
- Email support@k53mastery.co.za with your order number and a description of the issue.
- We respond within one business day and attempt to resolve the issue.
- Approved refunds are processed via Paystack within 5–10 business days, back to the original card.
