Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, our refund policy differs from typical e-commerce. Please read carefully.

Eligible for a refund

  • Duplicate purchases made within 30 days
  • Technical issues preventing you from accessing your downloads (after we've attempted to resolve them)
  • Confirmed fraudulent transactions on your card

Not eligible

  • Change of mind after materials have been downloaded
  • Failure to pass an official K53 test
  • Refund requests older than 30 days

Resolution process

  1. Email support@k53mastery.co.za with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. We respond within one business day and attempt to resolve the issue.
  3. Approved refunds are processed via Paystack within 5–10 business days, back to the original card.
