1. User responsibilities
You agree to use K53 Mastery Academy materials for personal study only and not to redistribute, resell or share them publicly.
2. Digital product licence
Purchasing a package grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and download the included materials for personal study.
3. Intellectual property
All content, including text, images and quizzes, is the property of K53 Mastery Academy (Pty) Ltd unless otherwise noted.
4. Limitation of liability
Our materials are an independent study aid. We do not guarantee a pass at any official testing centre and accept no liability for exam outcomes.
5. Payment terms
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and processed by Paystack. Payment is required upfront before access is granted.
6. Refunds

7. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that share credentials, distribute our content, or otherwise breach these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
